Many of us give excuses for not working out. You need not go to the Gym only to do a workout. Check out these 7 best alternatives to Gym and stay healthy :). These exercises you can try at home as well which we often either neglect or underestimate.

1) Running / Jogging

Needless to say, this is one of the best Cardio exercises. You may find it boring to run alone however, you may find running/jogging groups in your locality and join them as it feels good when a group of like-minded people runs together.
2) Cycling, Treadmill and, Elliptical

Cycling is an excellent cardio exercise that one can really enjoy. If you are an avid cyclist then you must buy some good cycling essentials. Don’t ride without Helmet as Safety is of utmost importance. It is recommended to wear Cycling Shorts and Gloves if you are planning to go for a long ride. Like running/jogging groups you can also look for cycling groups in your locality. If you don’t have a bicycle then you may get one on rent. There are few alternatives to outdoor cycling such as Elliptical, Treadmill, and Indoor Exercise Cycle, however, some may find it a bit expensive.
3) Yoga

There are other Yogasanas from beginner to expert level which you can practice depending on your proficiency. What you all need to begin is a strong desire and a Yoga Mat which is also optional.

If you love to dance then Zumba is the best exercise for you. On the other hand, if you are looking for an intense cardio workout then you can prefer Aerobics over Zumba. Both these forms of workouts are often preferred for weight loss.
5) Skipping Rope / Jump Rope

A skipping rope or jump rope is a tool used in the sport of skipping/jump rope where one or more participants jump over a rope swung so that it passes under their feet and over their heads. A resistance band is an elastic band used for strength training. Two main advantages of Resistance Band are 1) Flexibility in use and 2) They are very lightweight. It can be your best companion during traveling as it’s portable. Typically the bands are color-coded to show different levels of resistance and users need to select an appropriate level. Code colors may vary between brands.
7) Abs Roller

Who wouldn’t like to have six-packs? The obvious answer is everyone. But then the question is, how many really do a workout to reduce belly fat?
