8 logical steps to manifest anything you want
Every one of us wants to manifest what we wish to have in our life. Have you ever noticed that most of us are charged up at the beginning when we start something new? Let me give you an example. Have you been to the gym in the first week of January? That’s when gyms are overcrowded, and as the days pass you see the sharp decline in numbers. After a few months, you see only those who are really passionate and serious about their health and as a result, they have healthy body with good muscles, ideal weight, and endurance. In this article, I will share 8 logical steps to manifest anything you want.
You might have heard about various manifestation techniques such as the 2 Cup Method, 55×5 Manifestation Technique, etc. It doesn’t matter which manifestation technique you are using, in order to get the desired result check out below 8 logical steps.
1) Decide what exactly you want to manifest?
Do you know how many times a building is built? It might sound silly to you but, any building is built twice. First, on a paper, an architect plans a building, visualizes how it will look like, and then it is built-in actual. Manifestation is quite similar. You should have a blueprint created in your mind before you manifest. If your goal is to get more money, then decide the exact amount of money you would like to receive and have a clear understanding of ‘WHY’. Why do I need that amount of money? What I am going to do with it? Have a clear and concise plan ready.
2) Choose the method in which you believe.
There are literally tons of manifestation techniques out there. First and foremost choose the technique which sounds logical to you.
‘Ask – Believe – Receive’ does it sound familiar to you? If you are a true fan of ‘Law of Attraction’ then you must have guessed it by now. Yes, it’s from the book ‘The Secret’ – by Rhonda Byrne. You have to believe in whatever you do and then do it with 100% faith. Many people have this tendency to doubt even before they try. Will it work for me? Is this proven and successful? Even if it is and if you don’t believe in it then for sure it will not work for you, it’s as simple as that.
3) Stick to the method.
“The day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit”.
It is necessary to give enough time. I would suggest plan your day and do it at the same time every day.
4) Persistence
“It takes 21 days to form a new habit and 90 days to form a lifestyle.”
Initially, if you find it boring, mundane, monotonous or hard, painful, challenging please do not break your habit. Take out at least 30-60 minutes every day for self-improvement.
5) Visualize
Visualization is a powerful technique. While you are doing meditation or before you go to bed take out 5-10 minutes to visualize how your next day will be. Visualize how you feel, what you will do after your goal is achieved?
6) Focus on what you do want rather than what you don’t want.
Be solution-oriented. Even if you face a problem, look for the solution.
Most important, ask for help whenever necessary. Asking someone for help is not a sign of weakness.
7) Appreciate and be grateful.
How often do you appreciate the efforts of your colleagues? How often you compliment someone? A few good words motivate us. ‘Thank You’ can really make wonders. Try it out!
8) Take inspired action.
Although this is mentioned as the last step, it is the most important step 🙂
Manifestation technique will help you to keep motivated to achieve your goal though, it is very much necessary to take an inspired action regularly.

1) Decide what exactly you want to manifest? – A healthy body with good muscles, ideal weight, good endurance.
2) Choose the method in which you believe. – By doing a workout in the gym.
3) Stick to the method. – When you enroll in the gym, it is assumed that you will go to the gym regularly.
4) Persistence – Continue going to the gym on a regular basis.
5) Visualize – Visualize yourself in a good shape.
6) Focus on what you do want rather than what you don’t want. – When you do the exercise for thighs, biceps; you focus on that specific area and not the rest of the body.
7) Appreciate and be grateful – Once you finish your workout when you look into the mirror, you feel happy and motivated, you get the confidence that, Yes! I can do it!
8) Take inspired action. – As you see the progress, the next day you again follow the same process.
Conclusion
What will happen if you follow this regime for 90 days? You will obviously see a significant positive change in your body 🙂 I have taken this just as an example. The point which I want to make here is, these 8 logical steps will surely help you to manifest your desire. The only thing it will take is your belief and determination.
